Don't use this company if you want to stay sane!


There are no pluses for this company. I have only had negative responses from them. They are incompetent and don't answer letters written to them.


They are rude to clients on the telephone. The telephone systems dictaes that one must find one word to express your requirement. If your accent is slightly out of kilter, it doesn't understand what you want. On top of this the calls for their own clients cost 0.15c per minute! Their welcome is appauling, their help is minimal. I have never had such bad service
