Absolutely the WORST around. Avoid them at all costs! They lie about coverage just to lure you in. They were very, very persistent in pushing what great coverage they offer, and I stupidly bought it, switched from my other mutual and joined ECA. I am quitting them this month and would never, ever buy another one of their products.

They are liars, they will do everything to avoid paying for medical costs. RUN FROM THEM!

No misunderstanding. I understand your company very well. It's all great up front, but when it comes to serving your clients, that comes last. I have been lied to repeatedly by ECA Assurances. One of the reasons I stupidly switched to your company was that your sales woman convinced me that you were so much better than my previous mutual when it came to covering orthodontic work. I had told her my daughter had already been to the orthodontist for braces, and she showed me what great coverage you offered. But she failed to tell me that because my daughter had already seen the orthodontist under my other mutual, you would cover NOTHING. This cost me a huge amount of money - she deceived me knowing that she was deceiving me. I have spoken with several other companies that offer the same insurance, and they told me that while this policy is legal, most companies wouldn't do such a thing. ECA does everything it can to avoid paying client expenses. I also had a nurse give me treatment at home that was ordered by my doctor and you refused to reimburse her when she submitted the paperwork. What kind of crappy company are you???

It is very clear that you do NOT give a damn for your clients.
